The room carried an uninviting smell upon arrival!!! Soundproofing could use improvement. Hearing neighbors' conversations was not enjoyable!!! At nearly $400 for two nights, I expected a fresher space!!!

Spotless room with television, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. Nice separate bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable bed and great and comfortable location within walking distance of everything. Also - close enough to Foster Lake, restaurants, laundry and post-office, and Sweet Home rated by AAA.

The only reason I settled for this place was the somewhat clean, spacious room. Imagine my shock walking in to an overwhelming room smell that was less than pleasant, like they haven't upgraded in forever! Absolutely no welcome gift or upgrade, even at this price? I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't from the bitter disappointment.

The queen room was neat with a bathtub as well as microwave. A microwave oven and a fridge were available too.

great spot for parks and local attractions

I really appreciated the friendly staff and the nice flowers around the hotel. It's just a short walk to the East Linn Museum and a handful of cozy eateries like Chewy's Sports Pub.

Consider requesting a room on the second floor for added privacy and a quieter atmosphere due to the carpeted balcony.

I stayed two nights and loved the nicely updated, clean room with comfortable bedding and excellent water pressure. It was really charming, except for the noise from neighbors.

Solo traveler slightly surprised

The room was clean with great flower arrangements outside! I especially loved how there was a refrigerator and a coffee maker ready for me.

It wasn't too steep on the wallet but still felt a bit pricey for what you get.
